Lovely place to stay  Reviewed 2 September 2011 
This bed and breakfast was booked for us by the very friendly staff at the local tourist info. We were lucky enough to stay here at the last minute due to a cancellation. We were travelling around Scotland and this would have been one of the nicer places we stayed in. Coupled with this was the friendliness of the owners. They booked us into a restaurant which they recommended. This was also very nice. Wifi worked well (which often didn't in other places we have stayed, even when they advertised it as being available in rooms). The house was lovely and we had a beautiful view over the loch. Couldn't fault it at all!

If you are considering staying at any other B&B ---DON'T---have just returned from a 6 night stay at Ardno House and enjoyed every single moment of it. Thanks Pat and Alan you and your house are a credit to the B&B brigade.

Just a wonderful B&B. Very well maintained, the room was spacious and comfortable with attractive furnishings. Management is welcoming and seems to care about their customers. I'd recommend this facility without hesitation.

From the moment we arrived at Ardno, we loved it!
As a team travelling north on a LEJOG charity cycle ride, it was important to find comfortable beds, a warm welcome and a great location - we found all that and more at Ardno.
The property itself is fabulous - pictures were taken for decorating ideas, we loved it that much! It is excellently laid out to make the most of its location and a lot of thought has gone into the internal decor and facilities. Our room was perfect and the bathroom was incredibly spacious too. The view is spectacular from our front upstairs room - and I stood for a while just taking it in.
Our hosts, Alan and Pat, are at once professional and friendly - warm and yet courteous, capable with their own easy and willing manner of service. It feels like a luxurious home away from home!
The recommendation for our evening meal along with the added personal touch of booking it for us - was excellent for our needs.
Sometimes you find somewhere that you want everyone to experience and this is one of those locations - you have to try it, just because!
